Salary: $92,437 to $99,452 plus superannuation
Salary packaging options: Up to $15,900 plus meals and entertainment

Cafs is seeking 5 passionate and experienced Strengthening & Restoring Practitioners to join our Family Services team.
The objective of the Cafs Strengthening & Restoring Program is to enhance the safety, stability, development and cultural safety of vulnerable children and young people (pre-birth to 17 years) by strengthening the capacity and resilience of families and the community. Guided by the Best Interests Case Practice Model and the Family Preservation and Reunification training modules, the program delivers two levels of intervention, Strengthening and Restoring, responding to families' individual needs.
The Cafs Strengthening & Restoring Families Program supports vulnerable children, young people and families from pre-birth to 17 years through two streams of intervention based on assessed need.
The Strengthening stream provides earlier intervention and family support aimed at improving child and family wellbeing, while the Restoring stream delivers intensive support to prevent children entering care, support reunification and promote family stability. Guided by the Best Interests Case Practice Model and Family Preservation and Reunification Framework, the program places families at the centre of planning and decision-making.
