Job Title: Maintenance Fitter – Workshop Equipment
Location: Smeaton Grange, NSW | Sydney Metro + Occasional Regional Travel
Work type: Full time
Classification: Trades & Services > Fitters, Turners & Machinists
About TWSA
Total Workshop Solutions Australia (TWSA) is a trusted workshop solutions partner serving clients across automotive, industrial, mining, and heavy-duty transport sectors throughout NSW, QLD, and VIC. We design, install, and maintain complete workshop fitouts — and our people are the reason clients keep coming back.
We're not a revolving-door employer. We're building a high-performance team around four pillars: Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Customer Satisfaction.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our growing field team. You'll be on the front line of installation, servicing, and fault resolution — working directly with clients on-site across Sydney Metro and occasional regional locations.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, backs themselves to solve problems, and wants to grow with a company that's going places.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing and servicing mechanical workshop equipment to Australian industry standards
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults
Liaising with clients on-site — you'll often be the face of TWSA
Collaborating with a tight-knit team to meet client deadlines
Picking up new technologies and systems as we expand our service offering
What You Bring
Trade qualification and hands-on experience as a Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fault-finding
Ability to work independently in the field and make sound decisions under pressure
A growth mindset — you see challenges as part of the job, not a reason to stop
Personal accountability and high standards — you don't cut corners
Valid driver's licence (essential)
Why Join TWSA?
We run our team by 9 rules that aren't just words on a wall:
Embrace continuous learning
Communicate openly and honestly
Maintain high standards of quality
Adopt a growth mindset
Take accountability
Show respect
Take personal ownership and pride in your work
Show others you care
Be part of the solution
If that sounds like how you already operate — you'll fit right in.
How to Apply
Send your resume to *******@twsa.com.au with a brief note on why you're a good fit for the role.
Applicants who are not open to learning new technologies or upholding our values will not be considered.
