About the Role:The rent roll currently sits at approximately 350 properties, managed by a Senior Property Manager with support. This role will allow the portfolio to be split in half while supporting the continued growth of the business.
The portfolio is approximately 60% industrial, with the remainder a mix of commercial, office and retail.
You will manage all aspects of commercial property management, including:
- Managing your own portfolio of commercial properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
- Maintenance, repairs and contractor management
- Inspections, compliance and general tenancy management
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Portfolio administration using Cirrus8
About You:We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager with between 3-5 years' experience who is energetic, enthusiastic and keen to grow with the business.
You will ideally have:
- Commercial property management experience, with industrial experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Cirrus8 experience – a huge bonus
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current driver's licence
