As the face of Nupak Australia, you will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk activities, assisting in various administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless operation within the office.

Key responsibilities

• Director of first impressions, you are the face of the business

• Communicate and respond to customers in a timely manner

• Providing customer service regarding accounts receivable and administrative queries

• Collaborating effectively with team members across different departments

• Processing sales orders to assist customers & team

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication: You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You are approachable and responsive, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude

• Excellent Time Management: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure

• Experience in reception and administrative roles

• Proficient in MS Office

• Experience in customer service and order processing
