About the role
As a Senior Transactional Banking Services (TBS) Analyst, you will support the Departments day-to-day finance, accounting and cashflow operations, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial activities, while delivering a positive customer experience.

Question1
Describe a complex financial or cashflow problem you recently solved using advanced Excel or Power BI. How did you structure your analysis, and how did you present these findings to stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate, and timely advice was understood and acted upon? (300 word max)

Working in finance operations often requires balancing daily transaction processing with the need for systemic improvements. Can you provide a specific example of how you managed competing priorities under tight deadlines while successfully driving a continuous improvement initiative to enhance efficiency or customer experience? (300 word max)

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
