About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development across various age groups
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Assist in delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences
• Contribute to daily routines and centre operations
• Support observations, documentation, and programming where required
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience working within a long day care setting
• Flexibility to work across different rooms and availability to accept shifts at short notice
• A passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and wellbeing
