Front of House Manager

Sue's Burgers and Shakes at Westfield Carindale is on the hunt for a Full-Time Superstar Front of House Manager who can assist with maintaining day to day FoH operations and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

The ideal applicant will first and foremost be people orientated! This applicant will bring previous management experience in a similar environment, pride themselves on achieving high quality food and safety standards and lead by example.

Qualifications & experience

• 1 Year Experience in a Fast Paced Restaurant, Café or Burger Joint (or similar environment)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting with meeting and maintaining set budgets in the following areas Wages, Food Cost and Wastage
• Stock Controls: Inventory control, stock rotation and management, Food Preparation and Ordering
• Leading and Coaching FoH staff to achieve efficient and high quality service standards and maintaining acceptable wait times
• Assisting with or opening and closing the restaurant

Pay: $31.30 – $46.95 per hour
