About the role

Arman Jewellery is a Fine Jewellery retailer at Westfield Doncaster since 1998.

We are seeking a Casual Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team at our Doncaster store. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and other commitments. As a Jewellery Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting our customers in finding the perfect piece of jewellery.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

• Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs

• Restock and replenish product displays as required

• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customer

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
