About the role
SURF RETAIL POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Bells Beach Surf Shop is looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager and several Casuals for its new and expanded store in Torquay.
Bells Beach Surf Shop is part of the Strapper Surfboards Group which is a locally owned and operated Surf Shop business that is situated on the Surfcoast, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.
Bells Beach Surf Shop is predominately a Core Hardware and Surfboard Store
Firstly, we are seeking a Full time Retail Assistant Manager
We are seeking a passionate surfer with a love of the local region and extensive surf knowledge to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with;
Previous retail experience in the Surf Industry
A great understanding of Surf hardware, surfboards and wetsuits
High levels of Customer service
Self - motivated and organised
Works well as part of a team
Great communication skills and an ability to build relationships with staff and customers
Good computer skills
Previous Osipos experience (would be an advantage)
Have a strong interest and passion for surfing and the surf lifestyle
Secondly, we are seeking several Casual Retail Assistants
We are looking for individuals with
Previous retail experience, especially in the surf industry
A good understanding of Surf hardware, surfboards and wetsuits
A willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Previous Osipos experience (would be an advantage)
Have a strong interest and passion for surfing and the surf lifestyle
