About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (Aged Care), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager – Aged Care (VIC/SA) to provide leadership and operational oversight across our residential aged care facilities in Victoria and South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished aged care leader with strong clinical and operational management experience to drive high standards of care, compliance, performance and continuous improvement across a growing portfolio.

Regular site visits across Victoria, with planned travel to South Australia, will be an important part of the role, providing visible leadership and supporting Facility Managers and their teams to achieve strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes while consistently delivering high-quality care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, mentor and support Facility Managers and their teams to achieve high-quality clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• Provide oversight of facility performance, ensuring agreed KPIs, budgets and operational objectives are achieved.
• Strengthen clinical governance, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement systems across the region.
• Ensure facilities operate in accordance with aged care legislation, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and organisational policies.
• Conduct regular site visits to review performance, identify risks and provide hands-on leadership and support.
• Partner with the Human Resources team on recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management and staff development.
• Monitor key quality, workforce, occupancy and financial indicators and implement improvement strategies where required.
• Support Facility Managers in responding effectively to complaints, incidents, regulatory matters and identified areas of risk.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes, quality of care and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate regional management meetings to strengthen collaboration, accountability, communication and the sharing of best practice.
• Provide leadership and support during accreditation, regulatory visits and other external reviews.
• Serve as a professional role model, demonstrating integrity, accountability and a strong commitment to operational and clinical excellence.
• Represent Roshana Care Group at relevant sector meetings, industry forums and community events.

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Extensive senior management experience within residential aged care, including responsibility for multiple facilities or services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aged care legislation, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and clinical governance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing Facility Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgets, occupancy, workforce management and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the COO and broader executive and support teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Victoria and South Australia.
