As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department while providing top-notch service to our valued customers and clients.

Position details:
Full Time
Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:15pm (no weekend work!)
On-site role in Tanah Merah (near Logan Hyperdome)
Your main duties would include, but not be limited to:
Accounts Receivable: process new business & renewals including managing debtors to ensure timely payments and follow-ups on outstanding accounts.
Process cancellation requests, including administering refunds for relevant customers and selling agents.
Calculate and process monthly commission payments to selling agents.
Data entry, record keeping and reconciliations via in-house systems and accounting software.
Professionally answer inbound and outbound communications with customers and selling agents (written and verbal).
General administration duties (Filing, Scanning, Photocopying etc.)
Contribute to weekly and monthly management reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Various other tasks as specified by Management.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
Eagerness to learn new systems, processes and responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
