The Opportunity

We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Boutique Manager to lead our House of Kennedy boutique at Chatswood Chase. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about luxury, people, and delivering extraordinary client experiences. As Boutique Manager, you will take ownership of the boutique’s commercial success, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure every client interaction reflects the standards of House of Kennedy and our prestigious brand partners.

You will create a culture of excellence through coaching, accountability, and leadership, while driving sales performance, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing boutique team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• Drive sales performance through strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding boutique targets.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, ensuring every interaction is personalised, memorable, and aligned with House of Kennedy standards.
• Foster a high-performance culture by providing regular coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with VIP clients while developing new business opportunities through networking, clienteling, and community engagement.
• Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented at all times, maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and luxury retail presentation.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, including stock management, compliance, security, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyse sales performance, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Partner closely with Head Office and brand partners to execute campaigns, launches, events, and business initiatives.
• Lead by example, championing House of Kennedy’s values, culture, and commitment to excellence.

What You Will Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Retail Leader within a luxury retail environment.
• A demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Exceptional relationship-building and clienteling skills, with a passion for creating lifelong client relationships.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and people leadership capabilities.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
• Experience using retail systems, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
• Experience within luxury watches or fine jewellery is highly regarded; however, exceptional leaders from luxury fashion, premium hospitality, automotive, or other premium retail sectors are encouraged to apply.
• A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
