About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Receptionist to join our team at Our Medical Radiology.

This is an opportunity to work in a modern, integrated healthcare environment where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Radiology services that directly supports patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad range of studies including interventional procedures

·       Operate specialised imaging equipment with accuracy, efficiency, and clinical confidence

·       Deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensuring care, comfort, and clear communication

·       Maintain the highest standards of imaging quality, safety, and compliance

·       Work closely with referring practitioners to support timely and accurate clinical outcomes

·       Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence

·       Support a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

You are a confident and experienced Radiology Receptionist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential)

• Computer literacy and confidence in efficiently learning new medical software systems

·       Knowledge and experience with mixed billing practices and Medicare

·       Highly organised with sharp attention to detail, adept at managing priorities in fast-paced environments.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals

·       Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
