Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at United Radiology Essendon. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our patients and visitors. The position is based in our Essendon, VIC 3040 office.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage the reception desk and answer incoming phone calls

• Schedule appointments and manage patient records

• Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed

• Maintain a neat and organised reception area

• Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the practice

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment

• A friendly, professional and positive attitude

• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
