Change Manager

Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Change Manager.This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time appointments for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of Change Management, you will be responsible for:• Providing strategic advice to Executive and Senior Leadership teams regarding change management for programs and projects.• Developing and implementing strategic change plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.• Ensuring that the people side of change is coordinated and aligned with HSS initiatives to ensure successful change outcomes are achieved and embedded.• Supporting the Director, Change Management to develop and implement the applicable change management framework.• Coaching and developing HSS teams to uplift change management capability across HSS or more broadly as required.Please view the Job Description Form (JDF) attached which provides a full statement of duties for the position.
