Team members benefit from working within an experienced, safety-focused environment that values workmanship and customer service.Role Description The Maintenance Plumber is a full-time, on-site role based in Darwin, NT. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, such as inspecting, repairing, and replacing pipes, fixtures, hot water systems, and drainage. The role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, responding to emergency call-outs, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures. The Maintenance Plumber will also communicate clearly with clients, maintain accurate service records, and coordinate with other team members and contractors to complete jobs efficiently.Qualifications Recognised plumbing trade qualification and relevant licences for work in the Northern Territory.Proven experience in maintenance plumbing for residential and commercial properties.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for plumbing systems, fixtures, and drainage issues.Sound knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safe work practices.Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively.Reliable time management and organisational skills to manage multiple service calls.Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and documenting work.Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for jobs and emergency call-outs.Commitment to continuous learning, with experience in the NT region or similar environment considered an advantage.
