CERT III- Early childhood Educators- casual- possibly leading to PT.

We prioritise flexibility in staffing hours, ensuring that our dedicated team receives above-ratio support and above-award wages.

We have casual positions with possibility to move to Part time. Would be good to have ability to work up additional hours covering both annual leave and sick leave. Lots of flexibility. Would require the successful candidate to be able to do the occasional open and close. (7am and 6pm)

The successful candidate must have:

• Cert III of Children's Services.

• Ability to work across all age groups

• Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Learning Years Framework

• Understanding of the National Quality Framework and The Education and National Regulations

• A current Working with Children Check

• First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training

• A passion for quality education and quality care for children, experience with all age groups an advantage

• A love of music, creating natural environments and meaningful experiences

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Critical thinking and reflective practice need to form a part of your day-to-day practice

• Demonstrate strength in documentation and curriculum writing

• Ability to work in a small multicultural team

• Good initiative, flexible, love of learning

• A minimum of 6 months early childhood education experience

• Valid work rights in Australia
