About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced individuals. We are looking for Forklift Operators with truck loading experience to join a busy concrete pipe manufacturing facility in Melton & Kilmore, VIC.

You’ll be working in a busy concrete manufacturing plant, carrying out hands-on labouring duties across the production process. This includes assisting with mould preparation, cleaning, reinforcement cages, finishing concrete pipes, removing keepers, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

Some forklift and machinery operation will also be required, including moving concrete products and completing daily equipment checks.
This is a physical, fast-paced role suited to someone fit, reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working on their feet for long periods.

Job Details

• Pay: $38.39p/h with overtime available 
• EARN BETWEEN 90-110K PER YEAR TAKING IN TO ACCOUNT ALL PENALTIES INCLUDED!!
• Shifts: Day shifts starting at 4am OR 6am (10+ hours) 
• Shifts: Arvo shifts (10+ hours) 
• Location: Kilmore & Melton VIC
• Must be available to work weekends 

What We’re Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Experience with loading and unloading trucks
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Machine operating experience desirable but not essential
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Physically fit with the ability to work 10+ hour shifts
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, practical, and able to work under pressure
