Advance your career with study assistance up to $3000 per year and access to learning and development programs and courses like LinkedIn Learning!About You: CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Financial Accountant roleStrong experience preparing full trial balance and reconciliationsExperience producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlinesExperience with Technology One, AlayaCare, or similar financial management systemsExperience in the aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
