Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator

Craig Mostyn Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, based at V&V Walsh in Bunbury on a six-month fixed term contract.

About the Role

Reporting to the Lead Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Craig Mostyn Group’s workforce requirements by coordinating recruitment, mobilisation, and onboarding activities for both local and international employees.

You will be the key point of contact supporting hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Support mobilisation activities including visa coordination, documentation, and employee onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
• Provide a high level of service to candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment and mobilisation processes align with company policies, legislative requirements, and best practice standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment and employee experience processes.
• Support travel, accommodation and relocation arrangements where applicable
• Liaise with migration providers, candidates and internal stakeholders to support visa and sponsorship processes.

About You

You will be a proactive and organised recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:

• Experience in recruitment coordination, mobilisation, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to create positive candidate experiences.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems, and compliance requirements.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a team environment.
