GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Are you an experienced Guest service supervisor who enjoys leading Teams, solving problems and delivering exceptional Guest experiences?

Perth’s Outback Splash is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Guest Services Supervisor to join our Team for the 2026/27 summer season.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the Guest Experience and Merchandise Manager to oversee the daily operation of our Admissions Office and pop-up admissions locations, while supporting our Team to deliver safe, efficient and memorable Guest experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Guest Services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising, supporting and coaching Team Members.
• Coordinating daily Team allocations and adjusting rosters to meet operational demands.
• Managing Guest enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Supporting the opening and closing of Guest Services operations and ensuring daily procedures are followed.
• Operating and supporting Team Members with POS and ticketing systems, including troubleshooting errors.
• Cash handling, till reconciliation and reporting.
• Supporting Food & Beverage operations when required.
• Responding to incidents and first aid situations in a calm and professional manner.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership or guest-facing role.
• Weekend, public holiday and seasonal availability is essential.
• Experience supervising and supporting a diverse Team.
• Strong Guest service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with POS systems and handling cash.
• The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
• A positive, reliable and adaptable approach to work.

Pay: $35.00 – $48.00 per hour
