B Walling System Pty Ltd is a leading construction company specialising in Hebel Installation, External Cladding, Lightweight Cladding, Blueboard, Foam Systems, Solid Plaster, Acrylic Render, Texture Coating and Residential & Commercial Painting.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and reliable people to join our expanding team.

• Team Leader / Site Supervisor

• Apprentice (No Experience Required – Full Training Provided)

• Hebel Installers

• Cladding Installers

• Renderers

• Solid Plasterers

• Texture Coaters

• Painters (Internal & External)

• Install Hebel and lightweight cladding systems.

• Complete rendering, solid plaster and texture coating to a high standard.

• Carry out internal and external painting works.

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities (Team Leader role).

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

• Work professionally with builders, clients and other trades.

• Operate company tools and equipment responsibly.

• Drive company manual utility vehicles to and from job sites where required.

• White Card (Essential)

• Current Driver's Licence

• Ability to drive a manual utility vehicle (essential)

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Positive attitude with attention to detail

• Experience preferred for qualified trades and supervisory positions
