Permanent Part Time (0.5 FTE)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sport Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all CSSA Primary and Secondary State Sport programs and assist in the delivery of CSSA Trials as required.

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the CSSA State Sport Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full range of CSSA Primary and Secondary School Sport activities and events. 

The role requires strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to ensure all programs are delivered efficiently, safely and in accordance with CSSA policies and procedures.

The successful applicant should be a committed Christian actively involved in a church community. All employees at CSSA are expected to be personally committed to the Associations Statement of Affirmation and Mission Statement. The applicant will also demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, integrity in sport, and inclusive participation in school‑based sporting programs, while maintaining a clear understanding of professional conduct and ethical responsibilities in education and sport settings.
