Opportunities for Home Care Workers to join our team at St Mary’s home Service.  This position will suit a caring and empathetic individual, who understands the importance of providing quality support to our clients. A suitable applicant would be someone wanting a varied role, with the focus being on supporting clients with differing care needs, to live independently in their own homes.

St Mary's has a good reputation for care and provides excellent training to ensure staff are well placed to meet the needs of our clients. The role would be suitable for someone whose lifestyle suits a flexible working arrangement.  We are seeking staff who can work a variety of different shifts, including AM, PM and weekends

Duties include:

• Helping with domestic duties, meal preparation  medication, social support, appointments
• Ensuring safe and hygienic living conditions in their own homes;
• Assisting with activities of daily living;
• Personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care;
• Care Planning

Our certified positions require:

• A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent;
• National Criminal History Record Check
• A current unrestricted driver's licence with comprehensive insurance and use of own vehicle
• Smart Mobile Phone and Internet access
