eCommerce Specialist

In this role you will help optimise our website, enhance customer journeys and deliver commercial growth across our digital channels and use data, customer insights and best-practice eCommerce strategies to improve conversion, product discoverability and overall website performance.

How you will add value:

• Drive website optimisation initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion
• Manage site navigation, search, merchandising and customer journeys
• Own and optimise key eCommerce platforms
• Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
• Deliver reporting and actionable insights to support trading and business decisions
• Support onsite campaign execution, promotional activity and key trade events
• Lead and develop one direct report

About You:

• Experience in eCommerce, online trading, digital optimisation or website management
• Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion performance
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for digital, innovation and continuous improvement
• Previous leadership experience or a desire to develop and coach others
