We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the high standards and exceptional atmosphere that Nobu is known for.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Nobu, you will be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service and enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will lead and inspire team members, support management in daily operations, and help uphold the Nobu standard of excellence.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

Co-ordination of day-to-day operationsProviding operational support across the venueDemonstrating leadership to team members

About you

You’ll bring the following:

Previous supervisory experience in a similar environmentFull availability with the willingness to work weekendsExceptional customer service and a passion for making spectacular experiencesAbility to communicate effectively in a busy environmentNatural leader and can ensure staff motivation and engagement at all timesExcellent time management skills.

To be successful, you’ll:

Hold an RSA certificateHold an Unrestricted Approved Managers License

This role requires:

Leadership or supervisory experience within a customer focused roleExperience with effectively leading a large team
