A great step up for a culinary leader into a roving role supporting our chefs. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

About the role:

• Full Time opportunity covering VIC hub
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
• Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program in line with the food program.
• Create hero moments for customers.
• Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
