We’re a well established construction company based in Milton, specialising in high end residential renovation projects throughout Brisbane’s inner suburbs. Known for our strong customer service, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to be part of a respected residential building team.

You’ll oversee and work alongside a small crew across multiple residential renovation projects, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

• Completed trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)

• Proven experience in residential construction

• Some experience leading a team while remaining hands on onsite

• Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail

• Current valid driver’s licence

• Permanent full-time position with long-term stability in a family friendly environment

• Company car

• Monthly RDO and paid overtime
