We are actively developing our team members into future Supervisors, Product Leaders, and Production Managers.

The Roles

We are currently hiring for:

Cheese Makers (Production Operators)

You will be responsible for hands-on cheese production including:

• Receiving and handling fresh milk

• Operating milk pasteurisation systems

• Coagulating and cutting curd

• Stretching and forming soft cheese

• Moulding and preparing cheese for packaging

• Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards

Packaging Supervisors / Production Team Members

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing packaging lines and team members

• Ensuring correct labelling, sealing, and product presentation

• Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance

• Conducting quality control checks

• Supporting efficient and safe production flow

About You

We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

• Interested in food manufacturing or cheese production

• Committed to quality, hygiene, and teamwork

• Looking for long-term stable employment and career growth

• Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
