Sales Representative – Call Centre

We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Call Centre team in Mitchell, Canberra.

This is a phone-based sales role for someone who loves talking to customers, identifying what they need and turning conversations into solutions and sales. If you’re competitive, customer-focused and motivated by achieving targets, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities across our product range.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer sales conversations
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions
• Maximising sales opportunities through a holistic approach to selling
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales KPIs and targets
• Providing exceptional customer service across every interaction
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Creating a positive and professional customer experience
• Developing strong knowledge of our products, promotions and their applications
• Professionally managing customer concerns and grievances
• Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Claims teams to support customer outcomes
• Following company procedures relating to security, loss prevention and WHS

• You have experience in sales, call centres, retail or customer service
• You enjoy working in a target-driven sales environment
• You’re confident communicating with customers over the phone
• You know how to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into sales
• You’re motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
• You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• You bring an enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
• You’re comfortable learning a broad product range
• You can professionally handle challenging customer conversations
• An interest in 4WD, automotive, camping or outdoor products would be highly regarded
