ABOUT THE ROLE

Looking for a new challenge in 2026? Why not join the team at one of Perth’s premium food producers based in Clarkson.

We are seeking a Merchandiser to work in our customer stores, ensuring our products are well stocked and displayed appropriately to maximise sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor customer inventory levels and collaborate with them to create attractive sales floor displays, ensuring that our products are prominently displayed and easily accessible.

• Clear expired and otherwise unsuitable products from the displays.

• Track sales to monitor the performance of each core product.

• Review the performance of items that have not gained traction identifying core issues and proposing actions to remediate.

• Act as the liaison between customers and the company addressing customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders to uphold and enhance our reputation.

• Perform competitor analysis to help guide future activities.

• Use insights derived from your own market research to help inform new products, promotions and discounts as well as new sales opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

• Strong computer skills and experience conducting market research.

• The ability to create appropriate and engaging product displays, with an eye for detail.

• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
