About the role
Generate, Grow and Achieve.
Work for a reputable leader in the building and construction industry. We are looking for a high-energy Customer Service and Dispatch Agent to service our growing business, selling recycled products from our Nudgee and Archerfield facilities. You will be responsible for our customer calls and allocations of aggregate and roadbase material sales, as well as our RecycleBin Service.

In your new role, you will:
Work in a team of 6, across Melbourne and Brisbane, using software to co-ordinate the dispatch of recycled concrete aggregates and road base products
You will work closely with our Transport and Logistics team as well as Key Account Managers, confirming orders, responding to general enquiries and allocating trucks to the schedule
Shift hours are 6.00am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday
You will be responsible for incoming customer calls, primarily from our Queensland customers, with overflow Victorian calls in the queue
You will be responsible for coordinating up to 10 trucks, so it is important you enjoy dealing with customers, drivers and solving a moving puzzle! Maybe you like Tetris?
You must have experience with telephone-based logistics, high level Microsoft skills (MS Excel, Outlook) and high-level numeracy. Experience with aggregates, construction materials or concrete is desirable but not essential
This role is a great fit if you have:
Previous experience in the construction industry

A high level of emotional resilience and a positive attitude

A positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work productively with solution orientated mindset
Ability to work well under pressure
What we offer:
An attractive remuneration package
Company laptop
Resources to work remotely
Ongoing career and development opportunities
