About the RoleThis is a standout opportunity for a commercially sharp, design-aware Senior Project Manager to take the reins on end-to-end delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll own the full project lifecycle, including:
Project Leadership & DeliveryLead projects from pitch to handover: programmes, budgets, value engineering, and client presentationsManage contract documentation, design coordination, approvals, procurement, and subcontractor appointmentsOversee site delivery through regular meetings, tracking progress, quality, safety, and cost performanceIssue variations, progress claims, completion documentation, and final invoicingEnsure a smooth client handover and manage defects through to final sign-off
Stakeholder & Client ManagementBuild lasting relationships with clients, landlords, and consultantsLead progress meetings, manage expectations, and keep communication clear at every stageCoordinate across design, procurement, finance, and project teams for seamless executionManage weekly resourcing and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
People & CultureMentor junior project managers and actively invest in their developmentLead by example - calm under pressure, collaborative, and proactive in solving problems
About YouYou're an experienced project leader who brings commercial sharpness, emotional intelligence, and genuine passion for the built environment.
8+ years' experience in commercial fit-out project managementProven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through to deliveryStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - you can hold a roomCommercial literacy and financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are your comfort zoneHigh levels of organisation, time management, and attention to detailConfidence working independently and making decisions with minimal directionA collaborative, empathetic leadership style that gets the best out of those around youAlignment with Cachet's values of Joy, Integrity, and Excellence
