We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our Operations team on a 12-month parental leave contract, providing vital support to the delivery of essential services that keep our community running.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the City of Mitcham as an Operations Support Officer, providing operational and administrative support to Council's front-line service delivery teams.
Working closely with operational staff, you will coordinate and case manage customer requests, assist with schedules and reporting, maintain business systems and support a range of operational projects and administrative functions that help keep services running efficiently.
This is a varied and collaborative role where your organisational skills, customer focus and proactive approach will contribute to delivering quality outcomes for both the Operations team and the community.
