Hammond Migration is an immigration law firm based in Melbourne. We're pint-sized, but agile and have a commitment to delivering high-quality immigration services.
We are seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team to develop and implement the firm’s digital marketing strategy, generating qualified enquiries and managing prospective clients through the sales pipeline. You will start with a blank page and have the autonomy and support to grow the business in line with our values and goals.
The position offers a flexible work environment, with 1-2 days per week in the office. Ideally, we are seeking a part-time candidate who can work around 20-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the firm’s digital marketing and lead-generation strategy.
Manage SEO, website and content marketing activities, including optimisation of service pages, technical SEO, guides, FAQs, case studies, videos and other resources, working with lawyers to ensure content is accurate, persuasive and compliant.
Plan and manage multi-channel lead-generation campaigns across paid advertising, social media, email, LLM platforms, webinars, referrals and strategic partnerships, including development of landing pages, lead magnets and targeted calls to action.
Manage the sales pipeline and lead-nurturing process, implementing follow-up, automated communications and strategies to improve conversion from initial enquiry through consultation and engagement.
Administer and optimise CRM and marketing automation systems, maintaining accurate lead-source, pipeline and outcome data and integrating website, telephone, email and advertising data to support effective reporting.
Develop referral and business development channels, building relationships with referral partners and identifying opportunities to generate qualified leads and expand the firm’s client base.
Analyse marketing, advertising and sales performance and provide management with data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns, conversion and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience marketing professional services to diverse audiences, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital channels and business culture.
Experience developing partnerships highly regarded.
Proactive and persistent in driving marketing initiatives, coordinating with team members to secure timely input, approvals and delivery.
Excellent written & verbal skills
Ability to communicate with broad range of stakeholders
