High-Performance PM Forklift Operator

JOSTRANS PTY LTD is seeking an Highly Skilled Forklift Operator to join our afternoon team in Lara for the 4:00pm to 12:30pm shift. We are looking for a high-output professional who takes pride in their efficiency, precision, and quality of work.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We require an operator who is proactive, disciplined, and capable of maintaining a high tempo without compromising on safety or accuracy. • High-Precision Handling: Operating various forklifts to move, stack, load vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.

• Rapid Load/Unload: Executing truck loading and unloading cycles efficiently to reduce downtime for our transport fleet.

• Inventory Integrity: Maintaining flawless records and ensuring stock is checked off and stored correctly the first time.

• Workflow Optimization: Working with the warehouse team to eliminate bottlenecks and keep the floor moving at maximum capacity.

• Proven High-Output Experience: You have a track record of working in demanding, fast-moving logistics environments.

• Exceptional Skill Level: You are an expert operator who can navigate tight spaces and high-pressure situations with ease.
