Your Role

If you love retail, have a flair for customer service and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference, this is your chance to shine! We are looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to support our team and community. Ability and flexibility to work in both Byron and Mullumbimby locations ideal.

Your Responsibility

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
• Keep our shelves stocked, tidy and looking amazing.
• Help customers find hidden gems (and maybe spot a few for yourself!).
• Process sales and donations with accuracy and care.
• Work with volunteers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
• Bring energy, creativity and great vibes to every shift.

You Will Need

• Retail or customer service experience - bonus points if you love fashion or styling!
• A people first approach - friendly, approachable and customer focused.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A can-do attitude, teamwork mentality and a genuine love for helping others.
