Garden Care Team Member / Leader

Pure Green is one of Perth’s leading horticultural companies, specialising in garden maintenance and installation throughout Perth’s western suburbs.

We’re a team of 18 passionate garden enthusiasts who take pride in delivering high-quality garden care to some of Perth’s most beautiful and prestigious properties. We’re currently looking for a Garden Maintenance Team Member and/or experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.

We provide complete garden care programs for our clients, with properties serviced weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on their individual needs.

A typical day may include:

• 🌱 Mowing and lawn care

• ✂️ Hedging

• 🌿 Seasonal pruning

• 🧹 Garden detailing and presentation

• 🧪 Product applications

• 🌳 Mulching

• 🍃 Leaf and weed control

• 💧 Reticulation maintenance and repairs

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and has a genuine passion for horticulture.

• Local work: Our business operates from North Fremantle, with most jobs within a 20km radius.

• Minimal travel: Spend more time working and less time sitting in traffic.

• Quality properties: Work across some of Perth’s most prestigious residential gardens.

• Great team environment: Join a team of 18 people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

• Company vehicles: We have 7 company vehicles, with some team members able to use vehicles outside of work hours as part of their role and responsibilities.

• Variety: Every property is different, so there’s always something new to work on.

• Career opportunities: An opportunity to step into a leadership position for the right person.

For the Team Member position, previous gardening or horticultural experience is highly regarded, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

For the Team Leader position, we’re looking for someone who can confidently manage a garden maintenance team, communicate well with clients and take responsibility for ensuring work is completed to a consistently high standard.
