About the OpportunityReporting to the Centre Director, you'll lead your own learning environment while helping establish the culture, routines and educational excellence of our newest Early Learning Centre.
You'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for children, families and educators from the very beginning.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading the daily operations of your roomDelivering engaging educational programs aligned with EYLFMentoring and supporting educatorsBuilding strong relationships with children and familiesCompleting observations and learning documentationMaintaining compliance with NQF, National Regulations and Child Safe StandardsSupporting Assessment & Rating readinessCreating safe, inclusive learning environmentsHelping establish a positive team culture within a brand-new service
About YouTo be successful, you'll bring:Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Previous Room Leader or Lead Educator experienceCurrent Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma & AnaphylaxisChild Protection TrainingNational Child Safety Training
Highly regarded:Strong knowledge of NQF and NQSAssessment & Rating experienceExperience mentoring educatorsExcellent communication skillsStrong documentation and organisational skills
