Dental receptionist /front office coordinator

We are a large, modern dental practice in Burwood seeking an outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working with the public. Full time or part-time positions available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanour

• Managing incoming calls and emails

• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

• Verify and update patient information in the system

• Liaising with patients and assessing their needs

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments ensuring efficient coordination of the clinic's calendar

• Process payments and handle billing inquiries

• Assist in administrative tasks

• Providing exceptional customer service in a busy reception environment

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ dental reception experience

• Previous experience in a busy reception environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Word and Excel

Desirable:

• Experience with Dental4Web/Dental4Windows software

• Prime Practice, Momentum training or exceptional phone skills training
