We're seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing VIC Property Management team. This is an opportunity to manage a premium portfolio of A-Grade commercial buildings, partnering with institutional clients and industry-leading occupiers while being supported by one of the world's most respected real estate organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading all aspects of property management and building operations across a portfolio of premium commercial assets Managing lease administration activities including renewals, rent reviews, compliance requirements and lease documentation Preparing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs and asset performance insights to clients Developing, managing and monitoring operating budgets and forecasts Overseeing financial performance, including arrears management, expenditure control and authorisation of payments Driving initiatives that enhance the tenant experience and maximise asset value

Demonstrated experience managing commercial office assets Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property legislation and industry best practice Well-developed financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and financial reporting The ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market
