About the role

We are seeking an Atelier Manager to lead our flagship Sydney Atelier from opening in late January 2027. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for exceptional clientelling, sales and team leadership. You will be the most consistent point of contact for our clients, responsible for converting Eupheme's product and craft into an experience that feels elevated, warm and personal. You will lead a small team of casual Atelier Associates, setting the standard for service, presentation and sales performance, while working closely with head office the ongoing evolution of the in-Atelier experience.

Key responsibilities

Client Leadership

• Build and nurture a client book through exceptional clientelling - including proactive outreach, styling follow-up, and long-term relationship development rather than transactional selling

• Own and drive Atelier sales targets 

• Curate and present wardrobe solutions for clients with in-depth product and fabric knowledge, using elevated, considered language consistent with the Eupheme voice

• Support clients through both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure consultation and fittings

Team Leadership

• Train and lead a team of casual Atelier Associates

• Set the tone and standard for client service, presentation and sales technique within the team

• Roster and manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure the Atelier is always client-ready

Atelier Presentation & Operations

• Maintain the Atelier to flagship standard at all times - presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and ambience in keeping with the brand's design language

• Manage stock accuracy, replenishment requests and order fulfilment in coordination with Head Office

• Support eCommerce fulfillment, trunk show and event logistics 

Brand Representation

• Represent the brand with composure, warmth and polish 

• Contribute creative input on the client experience, events, and Atelier presentation as the business grows

About you

• 5+ years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated success in clientelling and driving sales in a premium or luxury environment

• Prior experience managing or leading a small retail team

• Excellent, natural communication skills - comfortable hosting, consulting and building rapport with a discerning private client base

• An interest in and appreciation for craftsmanship, fabric quality and considered luxury

• Exceptional personal presentation and presence

• Composed, adaptable and comfortable operating in a high-expectation, high-touch environment

• Genuinely driven - motivated by building something at the ground floor of a growing Australian luxury house
