What will you be doing?

You will drive the strategic delivery, client engagement, and commercial growth of retail media analytics and insights for the Coles 360 partnership, acting as a trusted advisor to both Coles and supplier stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand Circana's value and commercial impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in [retail, media and measurement] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (Unify+ incl. Household Lift, Market Lift, Liquid Testing) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in FMCG, Retail, Retail Media, Media Agency, Customer Insights, Analytics, or Consulting, with a demonstrated track record of translating data and insights into commercial outcomes and client recommendations.
• Strong expertise in retail media measurement and analytics, including campaign effectiveness, attribution and incrementality, audience segmentation, customer and loyalty analytics, and the application of sales, shopper, and customer data to support business decision-making preferred.
• Commercially minded with advanced stakeholder management, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and communicate complex insights through compelling and actionable narratives.
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Unify+, NIQ, Quantium, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar. Experience with retail media networks, closed-loop measurement, and omnichannel marketing analytics is highly regarded.
