We require an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager looking to take on the next challenge. Our team continues to grow, as we cultivate a high performing culture.  Our roles are fast paced and offer access to highly skilled managers and co-workers equipped to help their team members grow their skillset and career.  

As a Property Manager, you will be engaged in a broad range of property management duties for the day-to-day management of properties including: 

• Working in a ‘pod’ structure with dedicated onsite Building Managers  

• Managing rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals 

• Finalising routine Inspections reports (carried out by the building manager)  

• Communicating with landlords regarding repairs and maintenance 

• Managing a challenging and interesting rental market 

• Working with the QLD performance manager to hit your KPIs and established careers goals  

  Required skills/attributes: 

• At least 4 years’ previous experience as an Assistant or Property Manager or similar role 

• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct proficient and professional correspondence to landlords and tenants  

• Work autonomously while being part of a large team  

• You will be team focused, reliable, able to work in a busy environment 

• Experience in Property Tree or a similar program is highly desired  

Please note this is a Monday to Friday office-based role. 

There is no Saturday work and our on-site building managers look after the leasing and inspection tasks. You must be able to work full-time hours in our Gold Coast location.
