Optical Retail Assistant

About the role

Award winning Northam Optical is looking for an Optical Assistant to join the team in their busy store. We are looking for an Optical Assistant who loves making people feeling happy and fabulous in their glasses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an amazing patient experience by communicating clearly with patients in a bright, friendly manner

• Support the local community by providing locally based, industry leading eyecare

About you

• Passionate about patient care and customer service

• Preferably has retail experience but not essential

• A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm and passion
