Project Coordinator - Mystery Shopping

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team and assist with the coordination and delivery of our mystery shopping projects across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects and making sure the details are right. You will work closely with the Client Services Director and also provide support to our Lead Validator to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating mystery shopping projects from recruitment through to completion

• Recruiting and communicating with mystery shoppers

• Allocating assignments and monitoring project progress

• Following up shoppers to ensure deadlines are met

• Responding to shopper queries and providing clear instructions

• Assisting with project administration and maintaining accurate records

• Monitoring surveys as they progress through the fieldwork and validation stages

• Assisting the Lead Validator with checking and reviewing completed mystery shops

• Following up incomplete or incorrect submissions with shoppers

• Identifying issues and escalating them when required

About you

• Highly organised and has excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Word & Excel

• Confident communicating with people by email and phone

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Professional, reliable and accountable

• A quick learner who is comfortable using online systems and databases

• Confident following processes while also being able to identify when something doesn't look right

• Friendly and approachable, with good people skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
