The Role

Due to an internal change, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our fast paced and dynamic team as an After Sales and Service Coordinator. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must as well as the ability to build a rapport with our client base. Previous experience in either the tapware or plumbing industries will be highly regarded, however training will be provided. 

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Speaking with end users to identify faults

• Entering new warranty jobs into the system

• Handling technical enquiries via email and on the phone (training provided)

• Maintaining the aftersales data base

• Hours of work 8:00am-4:30pm with an early finish on alternating Fridays
