About the role

This full-time Project Management role (within the signage department ) of the corporate window film company' in Rowville 3178 offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality commercial projects within the Construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for signage fabrication and installation

• Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Maintain accurate project records and documentation

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and project optimization

• Ability to grow a portfolio of clients

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in project management within the Construction industry, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field are highly desirable
