Project Building Supplies is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Trade Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Balcatta. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers.

About the role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and emails while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

 Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service across walk-in, phone, and email enquiries

• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately

• Assist with general store operations and support team members

• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards

• Perform general administrative duties as required

 Skills & experience:

• Previous customer service or sales experience

• Building or construction industry experience (preferred)

• Experience with Accrivia software (advantageous, not essential)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
