We're looking for two passionate and experienced Supervisors to join our leadership team.

Positions Available

Part-Time Weekend Opening Supervisor

• Saturdays & Sundays
• 6:30am – 3:00pm
• Permanent Part-Time

Full-Time Weeknight Closing Supervisor

• Monday to Friday
• 3:00pm – 11:45pm
• Permanent Full-Time

Immediate start available.

Applicants must have previous Subway experience and full working rights in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Supervisor, you'll lead from the front while creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating your team throughout every shift
• Providing exceptional customer service with energy, warmth and enthusiasm
• Coaching and developing team members on shift
• Driving sales through effective upselling and add-on promotions
• Working towards helping the Store Manager achieve sales target:
• Maintaining outstanding store presentation and cleanliness
• Ensuring food safety and Subway operating standards are always met
• Completing opening or closing procedures to the highest standard
• Preparing food, baking bread and cookies, stock rotation and inventory control
• Processing POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels
• Completing daily administration and cash handling
• Following all Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety and Loss Prevention procedures
• Leading by example with professionalism, positivity and respect
